Just a quick note. Since i’m waiting for some parts, and the back 1/2 of the bike is down to the bare frame i decided to wire up the back, and none of the wires are the right length!

Looks like the grounding points changed from /2 to /5 so i have to modify the harness some more. Nothing major, just a little more time!

What happens if you dont use the spacer? The gear wear is all at the end of the gear!

The spacer, 2 allen bolts, and 6 12-point bolts. I’m glad i just bought this and didnt try building it myself!

Todd gave me a hand buttoning the final drive back up, I’m still missing the input gear, but that is on back-order, so we will move on without it and bolt that into place at a later date.

Light wear on the output spline, not enough to worry about.
